There’s a sea of eateries in our area. One of the house favorites is The Cafe’ At The Old Mill. Another is Connors at Five Oaks (the creme’ brullee is to die for). Ye Old Steak house on the way to Knoxville and oh yes, it’s worth a thirty minute drive from Pigeon Forge.
Many of theCabinkeeper.com guests have asked us to pick up a dinner card for them at The Chop House at Five Oaks. This is an outstanding place eat.
If you’d like to have a dinner card waiting in you luxury cabin in Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge, the Cabinkeeper staff will be happy to accommodate you. Simply have it added to your reservation.

This is a neat site. We stayed with thecabinkeeper.com last Fall in a beautiful cabin called WildFlower. The cabin was close everything!
Had a great time and it’s very true what they say about how clean and well kept their properties are. They didn’t have this community site up at the time. Maybe we could have found out a little more before we went and avoided eating at a few yuk places.
The best place we found was The Park Grill in Gatlinburg and Connors at Five Oaks. The steaks there are awesome and the chili was unreal (had steak in it and my husband loved that).
If you want some good pizza, we found a little place over on HWY 66 close to Lowes. The name of it is Smoky Mountain Pizza Company. Great food and priced very well.
Oh yeh, even though it was cold when we visited, we hit the ice cream shop at the old mill in Pigeon Forge. Homemade and yummy!
Ohhh well, hope this helps someone! We’ll be back in the Summer!

V,
You’re exactly right. We were overwhelmed with all the places to eat in the area. Make sure you don’t fall into one of the [open a can-warm it-serve it] places.
Agreed, the Old Mill Cafe is great. We got a lot of good information of a cool little site called http://www.theofficialpigeonforgecabinguide.com
The area is beautiful and we’ll be going back.
